Return Process

  Securely pack your paracord accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact.

  Ship to Paracord Buddy

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our UK-based workshop.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
